My cousin called me from the highway at 6:30pm ... with 3 little girls in her van, on her way to Indiana. Van making strange sounds so she pulled over. Had no idea where to go. I googled nearby repair shops (not hopeful, because of the time on a gorgeous summer night) and miraculously they ANSWERED and STAYED until she could get there ... and THEN diagnosed and fixed her van. Within an hour, she was back on the road. HUGE THANK YOU to you guys for being there and staying for her !!!!
