I had a procedure done here and paid my bill in full. Not fast enough apparently because metro opened a credit card in my name without my consent, charged the full amount for the procedure to it, and still took the money I paid them. Now I'm having to fight debt opened by metro on my behalf for a bill I already paid in full.
LAB HOURS ARE INCORRECT ON GOOGLE. WE OPEN FOR LABS FROM 8:30-11:30AM AND 1-4PM. SAT IS A URGENT CARE HERE-WALK IN ONLY/ FOR ACUTE ISSUES. THEY ARE METRO DOCTORS BUT NOT ROCKFORD'S DOCTORS TYPICALLY.
DO NOT USE AT ANY COST (emphasis on the COST!)
My family and I have been coming here for many years are very pleased. The staff is friendly. It doesn't take very long to get an appointment scheduled. Dr. Cunningham is a great doctor to work with. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner.
I have been seeing this office for about 5 months now, and had a good experience up until recently. I have panic disorder and have panic attacks almost every day. They medicated me and I was starting to get better. I just called to get a refill on my much needed medication and was told they do not wish to prescribe that type anymore and i have to figure something else out. I've called several other offices who can't see me for at least a month and was told they should have told me this would happen and give me 1 months worth of the medication. That sounds fair to me. Instead I had to find out when I'm completely out and have nothing to ease my pain. I'm not the type to write negative reviews but I am very upset. That medication was the only way I could shut off a panic attack.
