Very unprofessional even when it came to parking. They wanted to set the whole place on fire because I accidentally parked in the wrong location. Not worth the service if they treat their patients with such level of disrespect.
When many other Drs said nothing more can be done u said yes !!! And it was a success.
I made an appointment due to a sudden visual change and they got me in promptly. There is ample parking. The staff are professional and pleasant. The facility is peaceful and privacy is adequately provided. I am not one to chat up a storm and I am aware of doctor's needing to keep moving from patient to patient. With that said I did have several questions and the doctor answered them and made suggestions. I did not in any way feel like it was an inconvenience to see me at such short notice. As a patient I felt like I was important to them as an individual. I just really liked him, Dr. Dunning, and I am thankful to now have him as my physician in charge of my eyes.
Dr. Dunning is very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. He clearly explains treatment plans and next steps. I have appreciated his professionalism and his expertise.
