I have to give the management props for keeping this place really nice.
For a little while I thought it was going under but after my drive through, I noticed a lot of new families. Happy to know that Rockford is prospering nicely.
Good place to live and has a park.Safe place! And if you go to the office there is a awesome office lady named Gale
Nice, friendly community, manager and maintenance staff aren't great.
People constantly moving out, lot rent is outrageous, and staff can be difficult to deal with, not a place I would recommend living.
Live in the area, quiet and mature folk here
