We searched for years for a local dentist that would work with our special needs child and were unsuccessful. Our pediatrician recommended trying Valleau, VanDeven & Massie. We worked closely with Dr. VanDeven and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Dr. VanDeven took the time to work with us on a very complicated plan to care for our sons teeth. Cavities were filled, the fillings had come out within six months. The only way they would see me was if we did a consultation which was another fee. And even then they couldn't guarantee that they would replace the filling. The front teeth that had cavities they filled didn't even get all the brown cavity parts off the tooth. After telling them I wanted to Rockford location they had scheduled me for two other appointments in Wyoming. The work was poorly done and staff is not willing to work to help correct the mistakes.
