My sister-in-law ordered the Rivera Salad which the menu states is made up of mixed greens. 98% of the greens were romaine.

I don't know where to start, this is the second time I have been disappointed, and had the same waitress. First, she didn't give us silverware after salads were brought out, we had to wait. Asked for ketchup, finally got up and got our own. She said the orange chicken came with a vegetable under it with rice, ran out of rice, so had another vegetable. The vegetable that came with it was a garnish at best. The burgundy steak was pitiful, so small, came with a vegetable or potato, and cup of chicken noodle soup with no chicken. It will take a lot for me to go back!

I had, what was possibly, the worse Chicken Caesar Wrap I've ever had. The chicken was cut into huge chunks, and didn't appear to have been grilled. I appeared to have been poached and had no flavor. There was very little parmesan cheese, and the dressing was NOT Caesar. There were also croutons on it. Huge disappointment.

I often work with individuals who, for whatever reason, have diminished brain function. I took my new friend to lunch at Arnie's in downtown Rockford and had a wonderful meal and a pleasant experience. Our waitress, Nancy, was very sweet and offered helpful options. We'll definitely be back!!!

I've been here several times and each time the food and service was inconsistent. The food is average, however the last time I went I got the chicken sandwich and all I could taste was fried onions, the actual chicken was hardly noticeable. My waitress also rubbed me the wrong way. When she came up to us the first time, she just stood there in silence waiting for us to talk. She didn't even say 'hello' or 'what would you like to drink', overall just wasn't nice. The waitress I had the time before was kind, so I guess it just depends on who you get. I only like coming here because of the location, but the cupcakes are pretty nice too. Overall, an okay place for below-average food, it's more about the location and history of the place that's charming.

It's too bad that this Grand Rapids chain has gone so far down hill. (The Leonard Street location was recently reported to be one of the dirtiest kitchens by the Kent County Health Department.)

Everything was cold, we were the only ppl there. Server being trained rolled her eyes at the thought of us placing an order. Enjoy failing as a restaurant, I won't be a part of it.

My husband ordered the Thursday special, Pepper Steak, medium, It came medium well.
